Yes, one back spotter, and side spots .
Where I live the gym is small but well equipped with plates and a rack etc, if I’m all alone and planning to bench heavy I just do it in the rack, no spotter needed. I even used a bit of tape so I know right where to position the bench, hooks, bars all that to get a good bench going when I have the gym to myself which is probably ~ 75% of the time I’m in the gym.
Just drop it on the safety bars of the rack, not a big fucking deal. What the fuck is with all the pussies here it’s like they are scared to go into a gym and have a hard workout by themselves.
Backstory: people tried lifting more than they could, one is a dumb CrossFit but who’s probably been training the snatch for like a week then decided to do a PR on camera, the other is a guy who dropped the weight and his spotters couldn’t handle the weight mixed with the momentum of the fall.
Interesting. I've only seen a back spotter when no one is on the sides. Usually with two on the sides that's enough.
How much weight is that?
Like do you think she gets back pain carrying them around all day?
You said snatch.
I've military pressed up to 185lbs and never needed a spotter.
I'm all for spotters though, just not an awkward situation like my OP where it's a stranger.
Again, if I’m failing an OHP I’ll just slam it in the hooks that are near the bottom of the lift anyhow.
I think it’s fairlt obvious that 95% of sherdoggers don’t go to the gym and out of the ones that do, 95% of them don’t squat.
He sherdog workout is bicep curls, calf raises, last pull down, treadmill walk and leg extensions.
Most don't understand lifting. I lift heavy, but I find better results lifting reps after my heavy routine. I do both.
I’m mostly into mountaineering, rafting and mountain hunting so I don’t like to spend too much time in the gym, just get in, go hard, go “heavy” then leave.
I think it would be a mistake I would've made in the past, but one of the places I train, had a CrossFit competition, can't say I care for guns and the shoulders of a middleweight on my women.
Chicks with boulder shoulders.
My issue is when chicks as for a spot for squats, if something messes up, I'm in #metoo territory
Squat ? never heard of it mate, isn't ''Squatting'' unlawfully living in an uninhabited building ?
