One of my favorite movies growing up is getting redone, and it looks pretty good!

Any of you enjoy the original? The sequel wasn't that great apart from a scene with the dirt bike, from what I can remember.

Jason Clarke is a great actor. Can just as easily play a ruthless villain as a caring father figure.

The 88 89 movie wasn't that great so I can't be outraged about it

Ohhhh I'm not sure about this one. The original is one of the all time great horrors that still holds up well. This is going to be tough to make work IMO. I hope there isn't too much cheap jump scares and blue lighting. I'm about 50/50 that this will be any good.

I tried to watch IT at home, but the dialogue was so quiet that I had to jack the sound way up, and then the special effect sounds were far too loud. I couldn't watch it without waking up the baby. Fucking absurd.

It looks promising but to be honest I was missing the original Jud, Gage and even Church.

Whether this song plays over the end credits will be a make or break for me.
